A true Atlantan, Dr. Parikh was raised in Alpharetta and graduated from Milton High School. He attended college at Emory University, and then pursued his medical school at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. He completed his residency in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at Emory University. He is currently a member of the Clinical Faculty at Emory University School of Medicine in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery.

One of Dr. Parikh’s interests include Thyroid and Parathyroid Surgery. He is one of a few surgeons in Georgia who perform minimally invasive thyroid/parathyroid surgery. He is very interested in adult and pediatric thyroid cancer and is involved with clinical research in these areas.

Finally, Dr. Parikh has been trained in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is able to provide surgical solutions for the aging face including face and brow lift, eyelid surgery, and nasal surgery. Often, patients do not require surgery for the aging face, and Dr. Parikh is well trained in the use of injectables including Botox and fillers.

Dr. Parikh serves the Atlanta community by coordinating Head and Neck Cancer Screenings. Additionally, he volunteers his time treating patients and training resident physicians at Grady Memorial Hospital. In his spare time he is avid golfer, tennis player and bicyclist and is kept busy with his young son Ravi.
